Using Nepaleads
By using Nepaleads, you agree to use the platform for lawful outreach purposes and in compliance with applicable email and data protection laws, including obtaining any consents required in your jurisdiction.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including any client workspaces you create.
Subscription and billing
The Nepaleads plan is billed monthly at the published price. Email accounts, domains, lead data and third-party API usage may require separate costs not included in your subscription.
AI features and BYOK
AI-powered features require you to connect your own AI provider API key (BYOK). Usage of AI-powered features is billed by your chosen AI provider, separately from your Nepaleads subscription. Nepaleads is not responsible for the pricing, availability or output of third-party AI providers.
Acceptable use
You may not use Nepaleads to send unlawful, abusive or fraudulent messages, or to violate the terms of your connected email providers. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy or that harm the deliverability of the platform.
Agency and client workspaces
Agencies are responsible for the conduct of their client workspaces and for ensuring appropriate permissions and data handling within their account.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
