AI features and third-party providers
AI-powered features rely on your own AI provider API key (BYOK). When you use these features, relevant content is sent to your chosen AI provider under their own terms and privacy practices. Nepaleads does not control how third-party AI providers process this data.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting and email infrastructure providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and campaign data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage strong account security practices.

You can access, update or request deletion of your account information by contacting us. Agency workspace owners are responsible for managing access to client data within their account.
